The role requires 1–3 years of management experience, flexible availability including weekends, and a commitment to team development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• 1–3 years management experience required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve quarterly goals.
• Plan and delegate shift schedules following company policies.
• Ensure guest experiences meet or exceed expectations.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and safety guidelines.
• Report performance to General Manager.
