Zaxby's is seeking an Assistant Manager in Georgia to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold standards. You will lead the team, coach staff, and ensure policies are followed to deliver high quality service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance feedback, and maintaining safety and cleanliness while driving guest experiences and teamwork. Eligible for bonuses and benefits as part of growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1-3 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest experiences meet standards.
• Provide training, ongoing coaching, and development for team members.
• Create and manage work schedules and assign shifts.
• Supervise and lead staff to achieve quarterly goals and maintain service quality.
• Address performance concerns with the General Manager and mentor team members.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Report hazards or HR concerns promptly to supervision.
