Job summary

Zaxbys is seeking an Assistant Manager to help deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding operational standards across the restaurant.

You will supervise daily operations, train and coach team members, plan schedules, delegate shifts, and monitor product quality and safety to meet quarterly goals. The role offers bonus potential, meals benefits, PTO and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability for 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Background check required before employment.
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members meet guest expectations.
• Provide training, coaching, and development to team members.
