Jersey Mike's in University Place, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations. You will build a positive, high-performing team while ensuring top-notch guest experiences and adherence to Jersey Mike's standards.

You will coach, develop, and mentor staff, assist with hiring and onboarding, and help manage inventory, scheduling, and costs. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a team-first culture.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food safety certification may be required and provided through training if applicable.

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with the GM to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
