MOD Pizza, Inc. Wyomissing is seeking a Store Coach to lead shift operations and mentor Squad Crew while supporting the General Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will model MOD’s welcoming culture, empower team members, and promote a sense of belonging for all guests and staff. This role offers growth opportunities as many MOD Leaders advance from within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience coaching, teaching and inspiring others.
• Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards; correcting and coaching in a compassionate manner.
• Customer service skills and a proven ability to remain calm and focused.

Responsibilities

• Set and sustain the tone of the shift, keeping the energy high.
• Create positive vibes and a welcoming atmosphere for Squad Crew and customers.
• Listen, acknowledge and resolve any Squad crew and/or customer concerns. Escalate issues that require resolution with the restaurant general manager as appropriate.
• Manage shift duties checklists and address/escalate any equipment malfunctions.
• Focus on the growth and well-being of the Squad and celebrate wins.
