Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
• Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and work in varied environments.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring service standards.
• Lead by example and assist during service to maintain guest focus.
• Uphold WLW training, certification materials, and standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities.
• Schedule and manage associates per staffing guides and forecasts.
• Maintain associate documentation, performance reviews, and evaluations.
• Promote teamwork and a culture of hospitality through coaching.
