White Lodging is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of its premium hotel restaurants. This full-time role demands hands-on leadership, guest-first service, and strong team development across a high-volume upscale setting.

You will drive profitability, oversee P&L, payroll, and scheduling, and partner with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional dining experiences that encourage repeat visits.

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations.
• Experience managing P&L and controlling costs in high-volume upscale settings.
