White Lodging is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Operations Lead to oversee daily restaurant activities, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor and motivate a team of associates, manage inventory and payroll, enforce health and safety standards, and collaborate with leadership to deliver memorable hospitality. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills in a dynamic food & beverage environment.
• Passion for service excellence and ability to inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred).
• Effective communication with guests, associates, and management teams.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently.
• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations.
