Job summary

White Lodging is expanding with The 1933 Society Speakeasy, a new F&B concept, and seeks a Supervisor to guide daily operations and guest service. Lead a hands-on team, uphold brand standards, and optimize service flow in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop leadership skills, enhance service execution, and foster a collaborative culture across shift teams to deliver outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
• Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach.
• Implement and uphold WLW training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.
