Job summary

White Lodging operates premium-brand hotels and restaurants. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead daily restaurant operations, ensure service standards, and foster a motivated team environment to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will supervise service, support associates during peak periods, and uphold WLW training and scenography standards, while coordinating staffing and coaching to maintain a guest-focused culture across the dining room.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards are met.
• Lead by example and assist associates during service.
• Implement and uphold WLW training and standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides.
• Maintain associate documentation and performance reviews.
• Promote teamwork and a culture of hospitality through communication and coaching.
