UNC Charlotte Marriott Golden Owl Tavern is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our hospitality team and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise staff, monitor service standards, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly during your shift.

You will assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of operations, uphold food safety, and mentor team members. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in a related role are expected, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and service standards.
• Excellent oral communication and guest service abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor servers, runners, and restaurant staff to ensure service standards and appearance.
• Supervise guest service and respond to signals for service needs.
• Assist manager with side-work and duty completion.
• Maintain cash bank per SOP and ensure balance and security.
• Read and prepare daily shift communication, check coverage and floor plan.
• Ensure cleanliness and setup of dining areas and stations.
• Coordinate withRestaurant manager on events and house counts.
• Assist in menu classes and taste panels.
