UNC Charlotte Marriott's Golden Owl Tavern in Charlotte, NC is seeking energetic part-time servers to join a friendly, guest-focused team. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a clean dining area in a busy university setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3 months or longer of prior serving experience.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and restaurant operations.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

Aufgaben

• Greets and takes food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests.
• Remains attentive to customers throughout the dining experience, following service standards.
• Performs opening/closing sidework and restocking duties as instructed.
• Memorizes menu items, daily specials, and makes recommendations to guests.
• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant, waitstation and service areas.
• Processes guest checks and payments accurately.
