The Sage Hospitality Group is hiring a Busser Extraordinaire at UNC Charlotte Marriott's Golden Owl Tavern in Charlotte, NC. This Regular Part-Time role keeps dining areas clean, resets tables quickly, and supports servers to ensure a smooth service flow.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Clears used tableware, napkins and refuse; wipes tables and debris around chairs.
• Resets tables to standard seating for new guests quickly.
• Distributes cleaned dishes to service stations to ensure ready supply.
• Sweeps floors to maintain a clean, presentable restaurant.
• Stocks supplies and rotates stock as needed.
• Assists servers by refilling beverages and providing condiments.
• Keeps ice stations filled and refreshed.
• Maintains a friendly, courteous demeanor.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
