Qualifications

• Experience supervising a restaurant shift and driving guest satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work varied shifts and be available as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with day-to-day operations when GM not present.
• Enforce company and government policies on shift.
• Maintain 5-Star QSC status and address issues promptly.
• Lead pre-shift huddles and delegate tasks to team members.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and food safety on shift.
• Monitor cash handling and daily cash reconciliation.
• Recruit and interview potential employees to maintain staffing.
