Job summary

Wingstop in Schertz, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor II to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and direct shifts when the GM is not present. You will help uphold Wingstop's guest-first culture and ensure clean, high-quality food and service.

You will lead a team, train staff, and monitor performance using the Ops Scorecard. The role requires flexibility with shifts, adherence to policies, and a proactive approach to safety, inventory, and cost control to maintain 5-Star

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Direct operations when the General Manager is not present.
• Maintain a guest-first culture and high guest experience.
• Ensure customer service and operational goals meet standards.
• Address SMG customer cases within 24 hours.
• Maintain 5-Star QSC status and complete CAP on time.
• Train team members and ensure compliance with standards.
• Control food costs and manage product ordering 2–3 times per week.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles and delegate tasks.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
