Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and direct store activities when GM is absent.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards while maintaining a clean, safe restaurant.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and staffing; assist in interviewing potential employees.
• Ensure all team members comply with company standards and safety policies.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, and QA processes; drive cost controls and operating efficiency.
• Provide training to new team members and conduct regular pre-shift huddles.
• Maintain 5-star QSC status by addressing issues and completing required evaluations.
• Keep office supplies par levels and assist with monthly inventory counts.
• Uphold professionalism on property and in guest interactions; solve problems proactively.
