Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with tasks when the GM is not present.
• Ensure customer service goals are above standard via the Ops Scorecard (SMG, QSC, WingYou).
• Maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Manage shifts and staffing to minimize turnover and ensure full staffing.
• Follow cash handling policies and monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds on shift.
• Ensure the restaurant is safe for customers and employees, including food safety and cleanliness.
