Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and direct operations when the General Manager is not present in the store.
• Ensure excellent customer service and operational goals are consistently above standard via the Ops Scorecard.
• Maintain a guest-first culture and ensure team is compliant with company standards.
• Assist in interviewing potential employees and help keep the restaurant fully staffed.
• Manage cash handling policies, monitor paid outs, voids and refunds, and strive for operational excellence.
