Job summary

ilani is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor (Longhouse) to lead the FOH team and uphold the brand standards. This role ensures daily operation, guest satisfaction, and adherence to health and safety policies in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee hiring, training, and coaching of staff, manage shift reports, and collaborate with management to optimize service and guest experience. This full-time position requires flexibility, stamina for long shifts, and a proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; equivalents accepted (RED/FHD).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• 2+ years of Toast, Micros, or similar POS experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clear vision of the company mission to the restaurant team.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the operation and perimeter.
• Lead and manage all FOH staff regarding hiring, discipline, training and coaching.
• Communicate daily with FOH/BOH managers to review business operations.
• Ensure policies are followed and health/safety standards maintained.
• Prepare and review shift reports; email to management team.
• Attend management meetings and review Kronos timekeeping punches.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information and handle documents professionally.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager.
