Job summary

Restaurant 604 in Hawaii is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations and guest service excellence. You will train, supervise, and schedule front of house staff while enforcing company policies and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

You will lead a fast-paced team, coordinate seating and waitlist, manage guest relations, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS operations across all shifts, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and guest service experience.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to supervise and train front of house staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the front of house.
• Manage a team of front of house staff including scheduling and training.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring front of house positions.
• Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction during all hours.
• Ensure seating times and waitlists are managed properly at the host stand.
• Maintain proper cash handling and POS operation.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Lead management training and meetings.
• Perform opening and closing duties and ensure cleanliness.
• Provide strong leadership and guest service, and respond to guest concerns.
• Collaborate with Executive Team for seamless execution.
