Restaurant 604 is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead front‑of‑house staff with scheduling, training, and coaching. The role ensures excellent service, adherence to policies, and a welcoming guest experience in a busy Hawaii setting.

You will supervise service standards, assist in recruitment, and collaborate with the management team to meet goals while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Prior leadership in hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Positive attendance and work performance record.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer service experience as a Manager.
• Excellent decision-making and time management skills.
• Experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations.
• Manage a team of front-of-house staff including scheduling and training.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring front-of-house positions.
• Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction during all hours.
• Ensure seating times are met and waitlists are properly managed.
• Maintain cleanliness and responsible for opening/closing duties.
• Oversee deposits and proper operation of POS systems.
• Monitor health, safety, and sanitation standards.
