Job summary

You will lead FOH staff, coordinate with Restaurant Manager and HR, and ensure compliance with policies, health, and safety measures while upholding the brand in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Leads and manages all FOH staff including hiring and coaching.
• Ensures cleanliness of restaurant and perimeter.
• Communicates daily with FOH/BOH managers to review operations.
• Maintains adherence to company policies and health/safety standards.
• Writes shift reports and emails them to management.
• Represents the brand to guests with strong leadership.
• Oversees discounts, voids, comps, and transactions.
