Job summary

ilani is seeking a Senior Food Operations Manager to oversee all ilani managed food operations and lead the daily activities of the food divisions. The role emphasizes strong guest service, leadership, and collaboration with the Executive Chef and Beverage Director to optimize opportunities and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume food and beverage operations, exceptional interpersonal skills, and expertise in budgeting, cost control, and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fifteen (15) years of food operations supervisory/management experience in a high volume, high quality, multi-unit food and beverage environment.
• Fifteen (15) years of ordering and organizing food inventory.
• MAST and Food Handling certification.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Lead and manage food operation effort, supporting all ilani managed venues.
• Provide training and coaching and continued development of outlet management.
• Maintain a strong partnership and collaboration with other divisions to optimize business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain collaboration with Executive Chef and Director of Beverage Operations.
• Oversee food operation areas with Executive Chef, developing morale and guest service.
