Job summary

Restaurant 604 seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety standards. You will lead front-of-house staff, oversee opening/closing procedures, and maintain quality across service with a friendly Aloha spirit.

The role requires strong English communication, reliable attendance, physical stamina for lifting and standing, and ability to train new hires while upholding company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Must have a valid health card or equivalent.
• Must perform simple math calculations and understand units and measures.
• Must stand and move for entire shifts.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must lift, stoop, and bend.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of FOH staff as needed.
• Explain menu details including specials, ingredients, portions, and sides.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to quality standards 100% of the time.
• Train new hires in service style and SOPs including safety and sanitation.
• Assign daily side work to kitchen staff for efficiency.
• Oversee cleanliness of staff and report health hazards or violations.
• Check storage areas for proper supplies and organization.
• Ensure servers and crew check in/out properly per policy.
• Assist in staff coverage and adjust staffing as needed.
• Communicate operational updates with management.
• Resolve customer complaints per guidelines.
• Document late or absent employees with management.
• Attend meetings and training; pass certification exams.
• Take cash payments and process card payments per procedures.
