Job summary

Restaurant 604 in Hawaii is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest expectations are met or exceeded. You will handle opening/closing procedures to support 604 quality and food safety standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to excellent guest service, with responsibilities spanning FOH duties, staff training, and coordination with management.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Must have a valid health card or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of any FOH staff member, as needed.
• Explain menu details including specials, ingredients, portions, and sides.
• Verify items are prepared to quality standards 100% of the time.
• Train new hires in service style and SOPs including safety and sanitation.
• Manage daily side work and ensure restaurant runs efficiently.
• Oversee cleanliness and report health hazards or code violations.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures.
• Address customer complaints promptly per guidelines.
• Communicate operational updates to the Manager.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
