Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2–4 years related experience.
• Experience supervising restaurant staff and coordinating front/back-of-house operations.
• Ability to implement training programs for hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for hourly staff to improve operations and guest experience.
• Support annual financial, marketing, guest service and HR objectives per SOP.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and proper safety standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training and retention of staff per SOP.
• Ensure adequate supplies and proper equipment condition per SOP.
• Complete required reports and paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
