Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will guide the squad, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to smooth daily operations with an emphasis on safety and team development.

You will help manage systems like online ordering and customer review processes, while delivering the MOD experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start date.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires.
• Direct the squad to deliver the best MOD experience on every shift.
• Ensure opening/midday/closing checklists are followed and operations run smoothly.
• Manage cash within the shift, including processing refunds and making change.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with the GM.
