Job summary

The Shift Supervisor will lead by example, enforce policies, and ensure consistent service, accuracy in monetary procedures, and adherence to budgetary constraints across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong hospitality mindset and service orientation.
• Valid manager food safety or state-required certification.
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds."

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts and follow policies.
• Train and develop Team Members to reduce turnover.
• Manage petty cash, deposits, and register balance.
• Oversee food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Ensure safety of staff and guests on shift.
• Maintain brand standards and operational procedures.
