Qualifications

• Able to stand for 10 hours.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Requires regular attendance and 55 hours per week.
• Ability to tolerate temperature changes and handling cleaning solutions.
• Vision requirements including near/far/color/depth perception.
• Must hold valid manager food safety or state-required food/alcohol certification.
• Complies with dress and appearance policy.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts as required.
• Lead and model Our 1-4-7 Mission to ensure guest service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and manage team members and communicate with managers.
• Adhere to wage/hour regulations and filing responsibilities.
• Oversee FOH/BOH results based on assigned goals.
• Conduct quarterly SMART goal reviews and development plans.
• Develop staffing and scheduling to meet sales goals.
• Control inventory, funds, and deposits; ensure equipment is in good repair.
