Job summary

Tin Lizzie Indianapolis One, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations, coach staff, and maintain high standards of service, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate will project a professional image, lead team members during each shift, and help maximize sales while controlling costs.

Responsibilities include ensuring on-shift training, enforcing policies, managing monetary and product controls, and safeguarding brand assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and service mindset.
• Must hold valid manager food safety or state-required food/alcohol cert.
• Able to stand 10 hours and lift 50 pounds.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Reliable transportation and basic computer usage.
• Must maintain attendance and tolerate temperature changes.

Responsibilities

• Attendance and policy/procedure compliance during shifts.
• Ensure team training and development for retention.
• Follow monetary control measures (petty cash, deposits, register).
• Follow product control measures (inventory, purchases, loss prevention).
• Oversee line checks, food safety, opening/closing walks.
• Ensure safety of team members and guests.
• Uphold standards and policies throughout shifts.
• Have authority to adjust shifts to maintain standards.
• Protect brand assets and custody of keys, codes, deposits.
• Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house areas.
• Ensure receiving is accounted for at quoted price.
• Operate kitchen within budget; collaborate for quality.
