Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and service mindset.
• Valid manager food safety certification or state-required food/alcohol certification.
• Able to stand for 10 hours.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Good hearing for safety and communication.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic computer usage skills.
• Regular attendance required.
• Tolerate temperature changes and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning or sanitizing solutions.
• Vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus.
• Dress and appearance policy: black slip-resistant shoes.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts and follow policy/procedure.
• Ensure team member training and development.
• Follow internal monetary control measures (cash handling, deposits, banking, etc.).
• Follow internal product control measures (inventory, purchases, loss prevention).
• Oversee line checks, food safety, opening/closing walkthroughs.
• Ensure safety of team members and guests.
• Uphold standards and policies across shifts.
• Have authority to adjust shifts to maintain standards and safe operations.
• Protect brand assets and maintain keys, safe codes, deposits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front/back of house.
• Ensure proper receiving accounting at quoted price.
• Operate kitchen within budget; prioritize quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure 100% food quality.
