Job summary

Tin Lizzie Indianapolis One, LLC is seeking a Server to provide friendly, efficient dining-room service and ensure an enjoyable guest experience. You will take orders, deliver meals, and work closely with teammates to maintain health and safety standards.

The role requires standing for long periods, strength for lifting, and proficiency with basic English and POS systems. Training emphasizes consistent service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and service-minded attitude.
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must read, write and speak English; reliable transportation is required.
• Basic computer usage and POS familiarity helpful.
• State-required food safety or alcohol certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts and follow policies and procedures.
• Punch in, report on time in full uniform; obtain manager approval to punch out.
• Set up dining room, perform side work and closing duties.
• Sell to guests with product knowledge and deliver service per standards.
• Serve guests, assist with table and dining room cleanup.
• Compute guest checks and operate the POS; process payments.
• Report tips accurately; maintain safety and sanitation.
• Attend staff meetings and share improvement suggestions.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Adhere to liquor service laws and do not over/under-serve guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned; maintain teamwork at all times.
