Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Good oral and written communication, leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Serve as ambassador of Brand Standards to ensure guest satisfaction and profit maximization.
• Lead and supervise peers to maintain cleanliness, food quality and service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to protect guest relationships.
