Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 2 years food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures per HMSHost policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a unit.
• Participates in interviewing and input on hiring decisions to GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures rest breaks and meals are taken by associates.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas.
