Job summary

Red Robin in Colorado is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run mid- and closing-shift operations under exempt management. You will lead a team, ensure quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while driving profitability and brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Act as an ambassador of Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Supervise peers, resolve guest issues, and maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
