Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant in Colorado. You will help manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while training teammates and supporting leadership growth.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant experience
• Maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction
• Ability to supervise peers
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Passion for the business and people
• Energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable
• Good oral and written communication; leadership and interpersonal skills
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation required
• Serv Safe certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin values and brand equity
• Resolve guest issues and maximize profits while ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Train teammates on-the-job and assist with leadership growth
• Schedule based on restaurant needs and coverage requirements
