Job summary

Red Robin in Westminster, CO is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will engage with guests, ensure product quality and cleanliness, and supervise peers as part of the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Passion for the business and compassion for people
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management
• Ambassador of Red Robin Brand Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization
• Resolve guest interactions to optimize profits and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• May work in this position as well as other hourly roles they are certified in; scheduled based on restaurant need
