Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. This role acts as a brand ambassador, upholding standards and driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Ideal candidates are highly energetic, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and can supervise peers while maintaining product quality and cleanliness. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays; reliable transportation.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Uphold brand equity standards and ensure guest loyalty and satisfaction.
• Be a master resolver with guest interactions, driving to optimize profits and product quality.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintain high standards across the board.
• May work in this role as well as other hourly positions as needed.
