Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts, under exempt management. You will supervise team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while driving profitability and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills and basic math/accounting skills.

Responsibilities
