Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will champion brand standards, resolve guest interactions, and drive profitability while ensuring food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifying candidates show 1+ year restaurant experience, a high school diploma, strong leadership, and the ability to supervise peers with excellent communication and math skills. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required
• Serv Safe Certified preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest concerns and optimize profits while maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• May work in this position as well as other hourly roles scheduled based on restaurant need.
