Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations on mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. You will ensure guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards, manage staff, and support profit maximization while maintaining product quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications include 21+ years old, 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
