Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader for the Princeton, TX location. You will direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Wingstop standards across product prep, inventory, and safety. The role requires leadership, financial awareness, and strong communication.

The position emphasizes controlling costs, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality service to every guest while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurants.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and ability to analyze financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations in GM absence and ensure guest service standards.
• Control shrinkage, waste, expenses, and payroll.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and assemble/call orders per Wingstop standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards.
• Review trends, implement changes, and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle guest issues in GM absence and assist other positions as needed.
