Job summary

Wingstop Nogales is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor II to support the General Manager and lead daily operations. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure food safety, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.

This role requires supervising teams, coaching staff, managing inventory and costs, and enforcing company policies. You will train new team members, manage shifts, and uphold a guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and support GM.
• Deliver guest service and maintain clean, high-quality food standards.
• Lead and train team, enforce policies and standards.
• Manage cash handling and inventory controls.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM and stand in when GM is unavailable.
• Achieve and maintain operational excellence and QSC standards.
• Manage inventory counts and par levels.
• Ensure proper cash handling and prevent losses.
• Schedule and staff restaurant to minimize turnover.
• Lead pre-shift huddles and delegate tasks.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and cleanliness.
