Essential duties include opening/closing procedures, supervising associates, and contributing to hiring processes. The position falls under FLSA non-exempt classification with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents; converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Open, daily and closing procedures per company policies.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring decisions and advise the GM.
• Assigns work tasks and activities, prepares schedules, ensuring shifts are covered.
• Ensure wellness and safety procedures are followed and report safety concerns.
• Place orders for units, receive goods, process invoices.
• Maintain current contact information for all associates.
