HMSHost is seeking a Manager I (MGRI) to assist branch management in QSR or similar restaurant operations. The MGRI ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high operational standards.

The MGRI uses prescribed policies and procedures to make management decisions. The Manager I will supervise day-to-day activities, participate in hiring, prepare schedules, and ensure shifts are covered.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents.

Responsabilidades

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined group of restaurants or POS.
• Participates in interviews and hiring, and makes recommendations for status changes to the GM.
• Assigns work tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated rest breaks and meal periods are taken by all associates.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas; ensures equipment is in good order.
• Operates cash register and handles transactions per HMSHost policies; secures cash.
• Monitors wellness and safety procedures and reports concerns to the GM.
• Performs Health and Safety activities per the Manager’s Guide to Associate Health and Safety.
• Places orders, receives goods, and processes invoices.
• Keeps company contact information for all restaurant associates up to date.
