Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts. You will lead team members, uphold brand standards, and mentor staff through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Participate in on-the-job training for leadership tasks.
• Act as an ambassador of Red Robin brand equity to guest loyalty and profits.
• Resolve guest interactions and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• May work in other hourly roles as needed and be scheduled based on restaurant needs.
