Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will act as an ambassador of brand standards, supervise peers, and ensure high guest satisfaction, product quality and cleanliness on-site.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Previous restaurant experience is preferred; ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction standards.
• Ability to supervise peers with business maturity.
• Good written and verbal communication; strong leadership and conflict resolution.
• Basic math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision making skills.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
