Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will mentor team members, ensure product quality and cleanliness, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will also uphold brand standards and profitability while communicating effectively with the staff and guests. The role includes participating in on-the-job training and may involve other hourly duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure quality and cleanliness standards.
• Promote Red Robin brand equity and guest loyalty.
• Guide team members and supervise peers to meet goals.
