Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will supervise team members, ensure food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and strong communication to drive guest loyalty and profitability. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand equity standards to ensure guest loyalty and profits.
• Oversee guest interactions and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
