Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations during mid and closing shifts. You will supervise team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Training will be provided to sharpen leadership and management skills.

The role requires a proactive, energetic leader with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Strong oral and written communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Serve as ambassador of brand equity and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Supervise peers and provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Open, close, and adapt to restaurant needs based on schedule.
